Maria is working in Human Search/ Taplow Eastern Europe since 2010. In 2017 she became Senior Consultant and Deputy Team Leader in Human Search after many years of showing constant excellence in management placements. She has wide experience in placing candidates for different positions in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe. Her strong negotiation skills and close cooperation with hiring managers are bringing effective results and help her to consult the clients, find optimal solutions and develop their business.
Starting from the university time Maria is involved in international communication. While being a student she gained experience by taking part in student exchange programs in Sweden. During this experience Maria understood that she fits an international environment. Her first job was in a Finnish Law and Consulting firm. While working there she developed in business ethics, how to communicate with clients and build up long-term relationships with them. Her interest in developing professional skills brought her to executive search. Maria speaks fluent Russian and English.
