Tatiana was always seeking for opportunities that will combine her willingness to work in an international environment within an industry that requires a lot of communication. In hospitality she learned to be punctual, attentive, always be one step ahead in all processes she was involved in, be patient, be passionate about what she is doing. It also gave an understanding of how important and great teamwork is.
This mindset Tatiana brought into Executive search in 2012 when she started in Human Search. For her it is not only close interaction with HR and hiring managers that attracted her to this job but also providing holistic consulting service approach to ensure long-term client relationships. Tatiana managed successful search projects in Russia, CIS and attracted expatriates from Europe.
Counselling practice in international summer camps for young people and independent life abroad made Tatiana’s view on people culture broad. Thanks to these experiences in America, Canada and Asia she understood that she is comfortable within an international environment and working with people from all over the world is something she enjoys in her professional life.
“Every search project is like a specific professional challenge. Especially when the client came after some bad experience with other providers, as often is the case in Russia. It makes you even faster and more goal oriented! It is a joy to get thankful letters or words both from clients and candidates, saying we changed their business and career for the better. Or when Top Managers in companies we tried to hunt from contact us not to argue, but asking to work for them too! I think executive search is an integral part of developing business.” Tatiana speaks fluent Russian and English.
